What’s Mindurspirit about?

Mindurspirit is about self-discovery, living well (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually), introspection and the constant effort to keep Happiness as an important life goal.

So many people think happiness is a frivolous pursuit or something that will come along when they have achieved certain things in life. I used to think so too. Until I realised that Happiness is about the constant effort to be so. It is a daily exercise in gratitude, contentment and mindfulness.

I am a 20-something year old avid reader, writer and dancer. My search for the purpose and meaning of my life has driven me to start this blog. I believe in living well, embracing the hedonistic life (it’s good for you!) and constantly looking for ways to improve my life and that of others.

Join me in my journey to figure out this thing called Life, for we weren’t given a map or a manual when we entered this realm. We are all figuring it out as we go along, so let’s help each other out.

Feel free to post your comments or email me at mindurspirit@gmail.com if you have any ideas you’d like to share.

Here’s to all of you figuring out life – tell me if you do!

If your blog is an award-free blog, please just know that your blog means something to another blogger out there.

    Keep blogging!

  4. Thanks for following my blog! I look forward to checking yours out, too! Blessings!

  5. Even though I have run out of things to say[yes, I am that much touched by mindurspirit], there is one thing I must say- thank you.

Your posts have an intangible power that can change the way we view our lives!

  6. I accidentally landed on your blog. But the title sounded very interesting, so thought I’d stop by and read what it is about. To me life is the journey and happiness is the goal, but mostly it is the ‘Sunscreen’ song(Buz Luhrmann) 🙂

What are you thinking?
